Abbiamo alloggiato qui per festeggiare l’ultimo dell’anno, in 2 famiglie.La casa è veramente confortevole e la posizione invidiabile, con una splendida vista!Non abbiamo potuto usufruire di giardino e piscina, vista la stagione, ma la sala giochi ha fatto divertire sia i ragazzi che noi genitori.Poi c’è Michele, uno dei migliori host che abbiamo incontrato.Si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile, fin dai primi messaggi, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra richiesta.Al nostro arrivo ci ha accompagnato con la sua auto in un tour tra le frazioni per un paio di ore, raccontandoci con passione le tante meraviglie del luogo. Apprezzatissimo!Arrivati nella villa, ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti, un’ottima bottiglia per brindare e una squisita zuppa di verdure; alla partenza ci ha salutato con ottimi cannoli alla crema per tutti!Veramente unico!Resterà per tutti noi uno splendido ricordo e un riferimento su cui contare!Consigliatissimo!

My family and I had the absolute best stay at Michele's place and we did not want to leave. The space was gorgeous, the view from the backyard and balconies were picturesque (photos dont even do it justice!!), and we felt cozy and at home. The only negative about the place is that I don't live there permanently!! To echo most of the other reviews, Michele was one of the best airbnb hosts I have ever interacted with. He treated us like family, gave us a tour of Bellagio (driving and walking) on the first day to get us acquainted, and was available for any local questions and advice we had or needed. We left Bellagio with a new Italian friend and an even more appreciation for Italy and how beautiful it is (people, food culture, etc). Michele was the best airbnb host experience we have ever had. He was accommodating, helpful, and very welcoming. The villa is gorgeous and just as pictured. Beautiful views, wonderful pool, comfortable beds/linens, and everything you need to make meals at home for a big group! Michele was an amazing host and went above and beyond. He had a gift for us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the area. He conveniently lives in the house next to the property and was available to answer any questions. The home is in a peaceful location and we enjoyed our stay. Amazing experience from arrival to departure! The quality of the house, customer service, hospitality, and communication. Everything was like new and very roomy. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful scenery surrounding the property. Very accessible to things and we will certainly be returning. Ca Stagia is a beautiful property with a well manicured garden and well kept pool. Location has easy access to a good bakery and supermarket. The family especially the kids (toddler age) had a fun time at the pool and playroom downstairs. Property is at a high point with a beautiful view of mountain and lake. Michele is a very hospitable host who went out of his way to make us feel at home. He left a large pot of homemade vegetable soup to welcome us when we arrived late followed by a guided tour the next day to show the key landmarks in Bellagio. Our family had a wonderful time made possible with Michele's warm personality and prompt response.Michele has given thought to a lot of small touches that we appreciated, and was always on hand to help with our requests. Michele will give great local tips as well. Our stay at Michele’s property in Bellagio was magical. The property is gorgeous and the attention to every detail made our stay perfect. The property was modern, super clean and well appointed with all amenities. More importantly, we were welcomed and treated like family. Michele gave us a beautiful welcome basket, was helpful in explaining everything, answered all of our questions about Bellagio, made great recommendations, offered to give us a tour and even gave us a ride when we were in need. The accommodations are ideal for several couples or a family. We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to our friends who plan to book in Spring 2024. What can I say but wow!!! Ca’ Stagia Bellagio was everything we expected and more!!! The location, the house, the host all were exceptional!!! We were two couples traveling for a week and the accommodations were superb! .Our bedroom on the main level had lots of storage with a large bathroom and shower. We spent most of our meals at the outdoor table area and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool which was heated (solar) was a huge bonus for us! We spent every afternoon in the pool after a day of sightseeing, relaxing and enjoying the views of the mountains and Lake Como-absolutely beautiful! This updated home is conveniently tucked away close to town with lots of privacy and amenities.And the host, Michele-he is a gem! He gave us a fantastic tour of the area and very attentive to any of our requests and very knowledgeable about the area and local restaurants. I took my whole family – we were 5 adults and spent 5 lovely days. Michele's place is in a perfect hill top location, with gorgeous views of the mountains from the garden. It has front and back gardens and eating areas. We rented Audi Q5 due to size of family and luggage – we managed it. But Bellagio has very narrow roads and huge parking challenge. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Michele lives next door and always there to help. He took us on 2 hours Bellagio city tour without asking he has 7 seater Nissan. Ca Stagia was the perfect place for our family. Beyond the beautiful home and surroundings, the little perks made us feel like this was our home. We were welcomed with a food basket, wine, champagne and a homemade minestrone dinner from our host. We also had a very informational welcome tour of Bellagio. Michele showed us places that we would have never found on our own. Our host truly hit it out of the ballpark with a special treat of pastries from the local patisserie and giving us a ride to the ferry on departure. We had lots of fun time and treasured memories from this place. We enjoyed the heated pool with the kids. The views were just beautiful.
