The kitchen is equipped with all comforts: fridge, freezer, hoven, microwave, induction cooking, coffee machine, moka, kettle.

The open space living-room, with sofa and TV, has direct access to the garden area, equipped with table, chairs and sunchairs.

From the living room you can easily access the lower floor with the gym, the kids play area and the laundry.

The Studio

This room can be a studio where you can relax or do some smart-working but it becomes also a bedroom thanks to the fold-away bed.
The studiohas direct access to the garden.
Just in front of the Studio there is a bathroom with shower.

The entrance and the patio

Cà Stagia is accessible from the garage and also from the ground floor.
From a sliding door you can easily access to the patio, with table and chairs, and to the swimming-pool.
