This August, we spent a couple of days at Michele's place. The house is a new built so very pleasant and convenient. We also liked the modern cooling system, noise free. Michele was very kind and helpful. If someone has never been to Bellagio, it's a place worth to be seen. I strongly recommend it.

Outstanding stay from an excellent host! Michele really went out of his way to be hospitable, helpful, and accommodating! We really wanted a special place for our 2 families with young kids to vacation together, and it fit the bill perfectly. It was also laid out and decorated nicely enough that it felt like a space for adults. The pool and the terraces were such great spaces, day and night. Definitely need a car unless you are fine with longer walks, but I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Michele was the consummate host and Ca’ Stagia was the perfect place to stay while exploring Bellagio and the surrounding Lake Como area. Hope to be back again and could not recommend staying here enough!

Beautiful beautiful Bellagio stay. Exceeded our expectations in terms of beautiful location, amenities, friendliness and helpfulness of the host Michelle and proximity to the stunning town. We were meant to visit Como too but in the end we just did Bellagio and some surrounding towns as they were just so stunning. Michelle really went above and beyond, doing a gorgeous tour with our 2 children and us. He is so patient and kind. The gardens are so well kept with all kinds of plants and greenery. The house has everything you could need and is powered by solar panels. The pool is available to use at your leisure and always clean with all sorts of toys etc that the kids always wanted to use it no matter what time we came back or what the weather was like. The kitchen has all the utensils you need and a very handy drinking water tap. We even selected wines from the collection in villa. Since we arrived in Milan after the villa, it bears no comparison and we all miss beautiful Bellagio!

Great villa. Beautiful surroundings with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay, whether you are eating in or out. Gardens and pool area well maintained. Clean and comfortable throughout, Michele really has an eye for detail. Michele is an excellent host, warm and welcoming, he showed us around the area, gave us great tips for eating and drinking out. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to return to this well thought out, beautifully designed villa.

Michele’s property is absolutely amazing. The location is beautiful, private and peaceful. Michele heated the pool for us in early April and the water was warm for swimming. We enjoyed the pool very much. The space with many bathrooms and bedrooms was very comfortable and the views are incredible. Michele is an exceptional host. The welcome basket and Prosecco was so thoughtful and appreciated. Michele gave us an orientation to Bellagio, took us to the bakery, helped us with dinner plans and even brought us gelato one evening. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Michele was a great host, very attentive and responsive. He loved to take us on a tour of Bellagio. The pool was lovely and warm and the scenery from the villa was spectacular. In all was a perfect stay.

The villa made the stay in beautiful Bellagio extra special. Very comfortable with stunning views from the villa and gardens. Pool was beautifully presented with high-quality furniture. Michele was so helpful and understanding. We loved his tour in the local area especially as we wanted to be able to walk to places rather than drive. There are several shady tracks/paths very near to the villa which lead to a lovely beach, supermarket, bakery and the main part of Bellagio. The area by the villa is quiet and with little traffic. Lots of history evident in buildings and landscape. Wonderful memories made!

Fantastic stay!! Michele is an incredible host, going out of his way to make use feel like friends and to feel comfortable with the property. Beautiful and peaceful property out of the hustle and bustle of Bellagio, but yet not too far away. Would visit again with no question and highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Lake Como area. We had an amazing stay with Michele in Bellagio! His communication was amazing and he went above and beyond with recommendations (plus gave us a personal tour). The view is better than the photos can demonstrate! I cannot recommend staying here enough, we hope to be back!

Michele was a very friendly and gracious host. He was generous with his time and showed us about the area. He checked in frequently with us during our stay, and offered helpful area information. If it is important to you, his English is outstanding. The setting of the villa is actually even more beautiful than the photos. The views are magnificent, and the home is impeccably clean. The covered parking is a bonus. One word of advice--bring the smallest vehicle you can if you plan to drive there. There are two places on the property where it is a very tight fit to get in and out

I can not improve on the earlier reviews! They say it all. Michele's hospitality appears effortless. However, as a fellow super host, I know it isn't. His prompt and generous responses while planning this trip for my diverse group of 8, left no doubt that I was booking the right place. His gracious interest in how we were enjoying our stay and his generosity were sincere and unsurpassed.I agree with a former guest....we came as guests, but left as friends.

Michele’s place was a great experience. Everything was smooth from booking to checking in to stay to our departure. The place was spotless and beautifully done and anything a guest needed was available. We were a group of 5 and had a very comfortable stay. The views from the pool was amazing. Michele also took us to some scenic spots in Bellagio and referred us to great restaurants nearby. All in all, highly recommended.

We are a group of 4 friends who had flown into Milan from Australia and spent our first night in Italy at a hotel in Como. Host Michele was kind enough to collect us from Como and drive us to his beautiful home, as well as gifting us some lovely pastries! Michele gave us a fantastic tour of the hamlets of Bellagio, as well as Nesso, and some excellent recommendations around what to do and where to eat. When we arrived at his home, it was beautiful and immaculately clean, with everything we could possibly require, including some delicious treats! As we did not have a car, Michele offered to drive us into town on several occasions, as well as taking us to Lecco. He could not have made us feel any more welcome, even gifting us a jar of his mama’s marmellata- which was delicious! We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough - grazie mille, Michele!!
