From the living room you can easily access the lower floor with the laundry area.

This bedroom with a foldaway bed can easily transforms into a comfortable studio.
This room also has direct garden access, ideal for relaxing or working remotely.
The bathroom, located opposite the study, features a spacious shower.

The entrance and the patio
Cà Stagia is accessible from the garage and also from the ground floor.
From a sliding door you can easily access to the patio, with table and chairs, and to the private garden.
